How Austin delivery works
Order cutoff
Orders placed before 2 PM Central, Monday–Saturday, are scheduled for that day's local route. Later orders go on the next delivery day. No local routes on Sunday.
Local delivery fee
$12.00 per order. Free when your merchandise subtotal is $250.00 or more.
Who qualifies
Your delivery address must be in one of our local ZIP codes. Checkout only shows the delivery options available for your address and items.
Local delivery vs. parcel shipping
Local delivery
Brought to your salon by an NSE driver or an approved local courier. No mail carrier and no shipping label.
Parcel shipping
For addresses outside our local area. Sent by mail carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL) with a tracking number. $14.95, free on orders $250.00 or more. Ships from Austin in about 1 business day; carrier transit times vary. Some liquids can't go by mail carrier.
Customer pickup
Free. Pick up your order in Austin. We'll text you when it's ready with pickup details.
