Who we sell to

Nail Supply Express sells professional nail salon supplies to nail technicians, salons and salon businesses. Some products are intended for professional use only.

Orders and approval

An order is not final until you review it and approve it. This applies to orders placed online, by text message, through a Restock List or with help from our team.

Saving a Restock List, setting a reminder or building an order for review never places an order and never charges a card.

Pricing and availability

Prices and availability are the prices and stock shown at the time you review your order. Prices can change, and an item can sell out before your order is approved.

If something you ordered is unavailable we tell you and let you decide. We do not substitute a different product without your approval.

Payment

Payment is due as shown on your order. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

SMS communications

By opting in to SMS communications from Nail Supply Express, customers may receive customer-service responses, order confirmations, secure payment links, product-availability notices and delivery updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Delivery

Free delivery on merchandise orders of $250 or more within eligible delivery zones. Orders below that carry a flat $12 delivery fee.

Same-day delivery may be available for eligible Austin-area orders placed by 2 PM. Delivery timing depends on your ZIP code, product availability, when the order is confirmed, delivery capacity, weekends and holidays, and any restrictions that apply to chemical products.

Returns

Return eligibility and timing are described on the Returns and Refunds page. Opened chemical products and used implements may not be returnable for health and safety reasons.

Product information and safety

We aim to describe every product accurately, including size, selling unit and contents. If a product requires a safety data sheet or carries handling warnings, follow the manufacturer's instructions and any applicable local rules.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details and phone number current, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you believe someone else has access to it.

Limits and disputes

Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a specific delivery time, price or stock level beyond what your approved order states.
