When will my order arrive?
Orders placed by 2 PM Central are delivered the same day across the Austin area. Orders after 2 PM go out the next delivery day.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders of $250 or more. Orders under $250 have a $12 delivery fee.
Can I return an item?
Wrong, missing or damaged items are always fixed. Unopened products can be returned. Opened chemicals and used disposables cannot. See the Returns page for details.
What is a Pro Account?
A free account for salons. It saves your order history and Restock Lists so you can reorder in seconds, and lets you set up Automatic Restock.
Can I order by text?
Yes. Text your list to 512-660-0000. We send it back for you to confirm before anything is charged.
How do I pay?
Pay securely by card at checkout. Your card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.
