When you create an account or place an order we collect the salon or business name, contact name, phone number, email address, delivery address and the products and quantities you order.

If you order by text message we store the message you send, the phone number it came from and the order we build from it, so you can review the order before approving it.

We also keep a record of orders, saved Restock Lists, saved products and delivery history connected to your account.

How we use your information

We use your information to prepare and deliver orders, confirm order details, answer questions, keep your account and saved lists working, and send transactional messages about an order or delivery.

Card payments are handled by our payment processor. Full card numbers are never stored on our systems.

Text messages and email

Messages about an order, a delivery or an account action are transactional and are sent as part of the service you requested.

Restock reminders and promotional messages are separate and are only sent when you turn them on. You can turn them off at any time.

By opting in to SMS communications from Nail Supply Express, customers may receive customer-service responses, order confirmations, secure payment links, product-availability notices and delivery updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Sharing

We share information with the service providers that make the business run, such as our payment processor, message and email delivery providers, and the driver delivering your order.

We do not sell your information.

Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent records, will not be shared, sold, rented or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers only when necessary to deliver requested services, process orders, provide customer support or comply with applicable law.

How long we keep information

Account, order and delivery records are kept for as long as your account is active and for the period required for business, tax and accounting purposes.

Your choices

You can review and update your salon information, delivery addresses, saved products and Restock Lists from your account at any time.

Children

This is a business-to-business supply service and is not directed to children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means the updated policy applies to you.
