Returns and Refunds

Check your order at delivery

Please check your order when it arrives. If something is missing, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible so we can correct it quickly.

What we will always fix

If we shipped the wrong item, missed an item, or an item arrived damaged, we will replace it or refund it. That is on us.

Items that can be returned

Unopened products in resalable condition, in their original packaging, may be returned. Contact us before sending anything back and we will confirm whether your item qualifies.

Items that cannot be returned

For health and safety reasons, opened chemical products such as acetone, monomer and alcohol, opened liquids, used implements and used disposable products cannot be returned.

Special-order and clearance items may not be returnable.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Delivery fees are refunded when the problem was ours.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and a short description of the problem, including a photo if the item arrived damaged. We will tell you the next step before you send anything back.
